Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

Whether you’re booking your first appointment or returning for another session, I’m looking forward to working with you.

If you’re new to Wilder Minds Psychology, I recommend starting with a complimentary 45-minute consultation. It’s an opportunity for us to talk about what’s bringing you in, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether we’re the right fit for one another.

Fee Update

In the spirit of transparency, I’d like to let you know about an upcoming fee change.

New clients: Individual therapy sessions will be $260 beginning October 1, 2026.

Existing clients: Individual therapy sessions will be $260 beginning January 1, 2027.

This adjustment reflects my ongoing commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care. It allows me to continue investing in advanced training, consultation, and professional development so I can bring the best of current research and practice into the therapy room. I’m also expanding my training with the goal of offering couples therapy in the future.

Thank you for your continued trust. It is a privilege to do this work alongside you.

My approach is all about seeing the bigger picture: blending a holistic perspective with a mix of evidence-based models and a sprinkle of spirituality and existentialism to get to the root of what’s got you stuck.

I primarily work with women struggling with healing from abuse, first responders who feel they are hanging on by a thread, business professionals spinning the hamster wheel 9-5 Monday to Friday, and individuals experiencing trauma-related symptoms from events such as motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), neglect, assault, and childhood/relational trauma.

As a proud military brat, I also have the honour of supporting veterans in navigating civilian life and the experiences they carry from their time serving.

When life throws us off balance, it can shake the natural connection between mind and body. My goal is to create a space where you can safely reconnect with your nervous system, tune into it, and relearn how to handle those activating moments with newfound resilience. Together, we will work on getting you back to feeling grounded and empowered.

When I am not at the office I’m typically tinkering around the house, reading and drinking a matcha latte, hanging with my partner and 2 cats or watching absolute junk TV. I love all animals, particularly horses, cats and pandas but I don’t discriminate. I enjoy staying active in some capacity and overall eating well however some of my favourite foods are ribs, wings, sushi and fruit.

My approach is all about seeing the bigger picture: blending a holistic perspective with a mix of... Read More
